2025 Mindful Giving Meditation November Challenge.
This November, we invite you to take on the Mindful Giving Meditation Challenge.
Commit to meditating every day throughout the month and, for each session, donate the price of your regular coffee or the amount you would typically spend on something you enjoy during that hour. The funds you raise will help provide support to those experiencing homelessness in Greater Manchester.
How It Works:
🧘♂️ Meditate Every Day: Dedicate a set time each day to meditate. Whether it’s 5 minutes or 30 minutes, find your inner peace and focus. You can use online guided meditations or just focus on your breath and enjoy.
💚 Donate for Each Session: For each meditation session, donate the equivalent of what you might spend on coffee or another treat you typically enjoy during that time.
📣 Track and Share: Use your downloadable tracker to log your meditation sessions and share your experience on social media to encourage others to get involved.

💚 Prefer offline donations? Use the provided sponsorship form to track donations and gift aid information.
