Do you think you’ve got what it takes to do the 30-day squat Challenge? 

Join this challenge in April, to beat homelessness!  

Each day, you can increase your number of squats or even add weights, challenging your fitness and determination. In return, you’ll be rewarded with legs of steel and the great feeling knowing you are part of a mission to end homelessness! 

Have you got what it takes? 

Let’s get competitive. Who could you challenge? Maybe a friend or family member, or a work colleague. You can challenge them on social media with the tag line #IChallengeYou. Get your phone out and make some great reels, do it together, you can even get the kids involved. The most original and funny ones will be shared on our social media channels - remember to tag us and add #TeamGMMC.  

Just link to our JustGiving campaign, ‘30-day Squat Challenge’ and get started. Set a fundraising target and remember that for every £30 you raise, that could cover a night of accommodation in the pioneering scheme, A Bed Every Night. Now isn’t that worth your time and effort?
