February Challenge.

Are you ready boost your moves?

How many steps do you get in a day? How much movement from your desk? Challenge yourself this February to boost your moves!

Every time you 'Boost Your Moves' you will help raise funds to support organisations tackling homelessness and ending the need for rough sleeping. The funds we raise lead to real and meaningful change, whether in the pioneering emergency response scheme for rough sleeping- A Bed Every Night, or helping to stop homelessness in its tracks.

You can Boost Your Moves however you want, break it down into little chunks, like:

  • Use the stairs instead of getting the lift

  • Get off the bus or tram a stop early and get walking

  • Use a bike instead of the car

  • Try the NHS Couch to 5K

  • Increase your daily step target

Log your moves, shout about your moves, and raise some funds.

For the February challenge, you can link to our new JustGiving campaign, ‘Boost Your Moves in February’, set a fundraising target, and get started. For example, for every £30 you raise, that could cover a night of accommodation in the pioneering scheme, A Bed Every Night. Now isn’t that worth your time and effort?

Try getting your friends, family, neighbours, or work colleagues to support you with donations or get them signed up and do it together. Get your phone out and make some great reels, do it together and get the kids involved. The most original and funny ones will be shared on our social media channels - remember to tag us and add #TeamGMMC.

Track your daily boosts with our 29 day tracker and share your supporter asset on your socials to get more donations (here). Don’t forget to get in touch and let us know you’ve taken on the challenge for February.
